Reanimen's History

Origins

The Reanimen are corpses of human beings that were collected by D.A. Sinclair and enhanced beyond human means. Sinclair's idea was that Reanimen could use as soldiers and save the lives of foot soldiers. Eventually, Sinclair would capture Rick Sheridan and make him the first living Reanimen, much to his trauma. However, his plans would be foiled after Mark and William Clockwell developed a plan to capture him. Cecil would cover up the Reanimen being used at Upstate University. Cecil would be impressed by Sinclair's work and offers him a job, his only way to being free from incarceration. Sinclair would stop working on live subjects and only work on cadavers.

Global Defense Agency

Cecil would be impressed by Sinclair's work and, seeing the potential in his Reanimen, offer him a job, his only way to being free from incarceration. Sinclair would stop working on live subjects and only work on cadavers. And so, he was recruited by the GDA to put his skills to use for the greater good. Sinclair has since reformed, and the government now has access to its own army of Reanimen, made from soldiers who died in the line of duty.

Invincible War

Following the fall out of the Invincible War, where Angstrom Levy attacked the world with countless evil versions of Invincible, the GDA even went on to make Reanimen out of the countless dead Invincibles.
