Doctor Starline's equipment

Glove: Doctor Starline's glove can take control of people in order to manipulate their behavior, memory and perception. It can plant Starline's commands in his victims' minds that they will immediately carry out, such as falling asleep. Heel Spurs: Multi-Tool Heel Spurs that he wears on the heels of his boots, which he can use to produce lashes of electricity that are powerful enough to tear through the metallic bodies of multiple Badniks at once. The Heel Spurs are also loaded with a mild neurotoxin that can temporarily paralyze victims. Tricore: A device which allows Starline to have similar speed to Sonic and speed-types (denoted by a blue aura), physical might similar to Knuckles and other strength-types (denoted by a red aura), and a vertical agility similar to Tails and other fly-types (denoted by a yellow aura). He can actively change between them at will. Optional Equipment: The Warp Topaz.
