What's the the highest power level possible for humans#

depends on what u mean with power and if u mean just humans or humans with tech
without tech i think humas could probabaly lift around 600 kg max but with tech like an exoskeleton probably someone near 2 thousand kg or more as an exoskeleton gives a strength amplification of 20 to 1 meaning 100 pounds feels like 5 now currently exoskeletons arent this powerfull and they can only lift about 200 pounds overhead.
speed: i believe speed can be at an maxium of 17-20 meters a second
with tech will thats hard to say there already exist planes that goes mach 3.5 (around 1200,278 meters a second) i do not know what the speed limit could be but i do think that we will never be faster than light or that we could timetravel/teleport
durabilty: there was a man that could teak hits from a sledgehammer to his stomach and even canonballs his name was Frank Richards or somthing like that
i also do not know if this is the limit but fun fact: some very obse people can actaumy deflext bullets with their fat.
