You bring this as an argument why Gimmi (a non comic book character) shouldn't be omnipotent, applying comic book standards to another verse. But now you claim, "I'm not applying comic book standard to every verse". This perfectly contradicts the very statement you made previously.

In my opinion:
Cosmology size, scaling/tiering systems and conclusions that can(!) be drawn from an overall narrative of a story and the author's intention are equally valid ways, to determine if a character can be considered to be (Nigh)Omnipotent or not. None of these systems is more accurate than another. One big problem I have with trying to scale/tier characters that are supreme beings or meant to be "omnipotent" is that scaling systems are actually irrelevant to a truly omnipotent being. Because these systems are unable to capture the limitless nature of omnipotence.
However, you declare your understanding of this as the only "accurate" and therefore "correct" one.
And force this YOUR(!) opinion on every character.
However, there are no directives given in the form of a concrete stat distribution guide that is maybe supported by Galactus, Ezio, Monster and other users as it is now.
This is what makes you biased, and essentially abusing your power as a moderator.
