Zedus

Zedus's powers and abilities

Amphibious - Zedus is a completely amphibious creature, being comfortable on land and in the sea.

Spear Tongue - Zedus's tongue has a brutally sharp tip on it, capable of piercing Toto's shell (Toto is a sub-adult Gamera). Zedus can also extend his tongue to a distance up to 100 meters.

Acid - Zedus can secrete a potent acid from both his tongue and claws.

Physicality - Zedus is strong enough to toss kaiju his size around, he can leap up to 200 meters and is a talented climber due to his claws. His hide is also resilient enough to ward off most conventional attacks, although he was notably driven back (but not injured) by fire.

Growth - Zedus can continue to increase his size and mass as long as he has an appropriate food source, such as Gyaos or other large animals.

Zedus's weaknesses

Limited Healing - Although Zedus has a limited healing ability, he cannot regenerate lost body parts. Should he lose his tongue (his primary weapon), there is little hope for his survival.
