The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
- If the battle takes place in an open and spacious area, such as a desert or a field, where Yondu can see and avoid the Rev-9 easily, I would give Yondu a **70%** chance of winning. He can use his Yaka Arrow to target the Rev-9 from a safe distance and try to destroy both of its units before they can reach him. The Rev-9 would have a **30%** chance of winning if it can somehow dodge or block the arrow, or find a way to get close to Yondu and attack him.
- If the battle takes place in a crowded and chaotic area, such as a city or a factory, where the Rev-9 can hide and ambush Yondu, I would give the Rev-9 a **60%** chance of winning. It can use its infiltration and hacking skills to blend in with the environment and deceive Yondu. It can also split into two units and attack Yondu from different directions. Yondu would have a **40%** chance of winning if he can detect and avoid the Rev-9's traps, or use his Ravager Jetpack to fly and escape.
- If the battle takes place in a hot and fiery area, such as a volcano or a furnace, where the Rev-9 is vulnerable to melting, I would give Yondu a **90%** chance of winning. He can use his Yaka Arrow to push or lure the Rev-9 into the heat source and melt it. The Rev-9 would have a **10%** chance of winning if it can somehow resist or survive the heat, or catch Yondu off guard and kill him.
These are just some examples of how the battle could go. Of course, there are many other factors that could influence the result, such as the intelligence, the strategy, the luck, and the morale of both fighters. Therefore, these percentages are not definitive, but rather indicative of the relative advantages and disadvantages of each combatant.
