Meta-Human Physiology

After Mark was struck by the energy of the particle accelerator explosion, this altered his DNA and supercharged his cells, augmenting his physiology access his new abilities.

Atmokinesis

After he was caught in the particle accelerator's explosion's shock-wave, Mark gained the power to create and manipulate the weather. However, unlike Clyde, Mark's new-found powers are far more precise and potent, allowing him to miniaturize his weather to any size, to the point where he could create a small tornado on his palm, as well as have full control of the shape and form of his weather. He is also able to control it indoors and likewise able to affect a much larger radius than his late brother. He created tennis-ball sized hailstones to attack the Central City coroner in the morgue, summoned a devastating lightning strike inside the police precinct that put Captain Singh in critical condition in the hospital, and created a massive tidal wave that potentially would have destroyed Central City had it made landfall. He also was able to create a snowstorm and use it to attack Iron Heights Prison.

Aerokinesis

Mark can create powerful air currents, as well as storm clouds tornadoes, at any size. He could create small windstorms from his hands and use them as weapons. He can effortlessly throw someone aside using wind.

Flight

By creating drafts of wind underneath him, Mark can keep himself aloft and fly through the air at considerable speeds.

Cryokinesis

Mark can freeze air molecules and create destructive balls of ice.

Electrokinesis

Mardon is able to create and summon lightning and other electrical phenomena, even being able to hold it in his hand and aim it at a target.

Hydrokinesis

Mardon used this ability to create a tsunami to attack Monument Point.

Thermokinesis

Mark can alter the temperature of his surroundings with his mind.

Abilities:

Keen Intellect/Skilled Tactician

Mark has shown to have an adept mind for strategy and knowledge of the criminal underworld, as he recognized Kyle Nimbus as a hitman and knew about his failed execution. He masterminded a jailbreak solo to recruit Leonard Snart and James Jesse for his scheme to kill the Flash. However, he can acknowledge other people's intellect are superior to his own as he recruited Snart for his insider knowledge of the Flash (although Snart refused to work with him).

Skilled Interrogator/Torturer

Mark managed to torture the coroner with no trouble and intimidated him enough for him to reveal that it was Joe West that killed Clyde.

Expert Pilot

Mark knows how to fly planes.
