not voted Spider-Man is smart but only in the science field. Batman is a better fighter and more efficient. Sure Spider-Man beats him physically but Batman has more technology. As long as he stays in the shadows and takes away his web shooters through EMP or damages it in close range he can win. If he uses gas grenades which may stagger him he can throw several explosive Batarangs to take him down. Since Spider-Man has spider sense he would use his webs to make an escape out of the gas. In that moment he will find that his webs don’t work and will be takes down.

Batman Batman wins because of his higher intelligence, technology and physical ability. He has every gadget that Ghost has but more effective. He’s better at stealth and his detective mode is far superior than Ghosts hearing. In an open field ghost may have a chance with his sword and his willingness to take lives but Batman’s armor could block his blows.

I’m sorry why is he 5ft 6. He’s 6ft 2.
