Tucker Shockley's powers and abilities

Inhuman Physiology: Tucker Shockley is an Inhuman who unlocked his genetic potential after undergoing Terrigenesis, gaining superhuman powers. While initially uncontrolled due to their volatile nature, Shockley eventually developed a measure of control over his powers after he got them. As such, he was able to use them strategically in an attempt to capture Quake, although this failed due to the latter's ability to manipulate molecular vibrations, forcing him to explode over and over.

Self-Detonation: Shockley is technically a living bomb that can reassemble itself over and over again. To accomplish his abilities, he can vibrate the cells in his body violently enough that they start to generate kinetic energy, this process turns his body into a flammable gas, producing a powerful explosion in the process. And because of this phenomenon's unprecedented nature, neither Jemma nor Fitz were able to discern its exact core attributes for Shockley leaves little to no trace of volatile compounds in the wake of every explosion he incites, mystifying the two S.H.I.E.L.D. scientists who, along with Quake, were for a time left with the belief that the Watchdogs used the information in the Darkhold to manufacture a new kind of untraceable explosive.

Reforming: After exploding, Shockley can reform his body on a cellular level as long as he has the energy reserves to do so. This ability is similar to a regenerative ability and does not exactly require him to blow up first as when Quake was firing vibrations energies at him, he would still reform instantaneously.
