Tosin Oduye's History

Generations before his birth, Tosin's ancestors saw the greed and superiority of the Wakandans, due to their technological advancements. They observed Wakandans trying to bend Vibranium, to make it serve them. Tosin's ancestors shunned this and they removed themselves from the heart of Wakanda and settled in a mute zone of the country. This is where Tosin was born and raised, he did not experience the part of Wakanda which relied on technology and was isolated from the loop of craving power for one's desires. From afar, Tosin witnessed the wars and aliens that came to Wakanda. He and his tribe lived amongst the land and Vibranium, and they would find natural ways to refine its essence. Tosin and the people of his tribe would use Vibranium as a source for giving tattoos, which would ultimately give them powers. He and his tribe knew that war was going to come and they wanted to be able to protect Wakanda when that day arrived.

When Wakanda moved from being a monarchy to a democracy, Tosin's elders did not believe that the "other Wakanda" could change and could not be redeemed. Tosin wanted to see Wakandan democracy for himself. He saw what he'd always seen, powerful men arguing about how they knew what was best for the country. Soon after, there was more war, violence and death. The prime minister, Falasade, declared that the time had come for the people of Wakanda to protect their country. Many in the Marube, wondered if they should help, but the Tribal Elder said that Birnin Zana had "brought destruction upon themselves." and to leave the capital of Wakanda to defend themselves. He believed that Wakanda wasn't just the country of proper Wakanda, it was his tribe's country, their home and their land. He believed that the time had come for a new hero of Wakanda to rise. He believed that choices had to be made, life's had to be put on the line and a revolution had to happen. War came to the Prime Minister's door, with enemies trying to force her surrender. This is when Tosin showed up. Using his powers, he used an energy blast to overwhelm the enemies. The enemies asked who he was. This is when he declared him self as Tosin, and that he fought for the one true Wakanda.

During the war, Tosin came to the rescue of Shuri, who was ambushed by the Hatut Zeraze. After being rescued, Shuri offered to help Tosin, who declined her assistance. Tosin declared that he knew exactly who she was and that's why he doesn't trust her, but under the current circumstances, he would accept her help. Tosin then said that they were hopefully going somewhere safe. Shuri asked Tosin about the suit he was wearing, with him responding that it is actually his skin and that answers are not always found in a laboratory. He also states that he trusts science, but not to the exclusion of all other possibilities, and told her that her and T'Challa were the cause of the current conflict within Wakanda. With Shuri asking him if he's even Wakandan, Tosin replied by saying that he's more Wakandan than she'll ever be and whatever is happening in Wakanda, is his responsibility. Tosin and Shuri arrived at the home of the Marube tribe, where Tosin told Dahka that he needed to immerse in liquified vibranium. The Prime Minister said that the Marube went down the path of nature and unlocked vibranium in ways they never have. They then both say how Tosin rescued them. Tosin and the Marube tribe then prepared to join the showdown during the war against the Hatut Zeraze
