History of The Writer's Block
The writer's block was a stasis jail cell designed by the Doctor centuries before his thirteenth body. He first used the writer's block to imprison Charles Abbott. It was at this point that he named the stasis cell, using a pun based on the fact that Abbott was an author. (COMIC: Shock Horror)
