The Oscar's powers and abilities

The Oscar is extraordinarily powerful able to bring hundreds of heroes to his mercy.

Nigh-Omnipotence: Oscar is a being of unfathomable power, creating and granting beings powers, with himself having all of the powers of his creations. With Dr Manhattan even admitting how much power he holds

Creation: Oscar can seemingly create life out of nothing, and can create powerful beings, usually out of fictional characters.

Power Granting: Oscar can grant any living thing powers, as he granted the fictional characters he created with their respective powers.

Energy Manipulation: Oscar can Manipulate Energy in ways that allow him to mimic the powers he granted towards the fictional characters

Energy Blast: Oscar can blast beams on energy from many parts of his body, including his hands, his eyes, and his arms.

Energy Construct: Oscar can manipulate energy to create shields. weapons, and various objects.

Energy Barrier: Emanating from Oscar is a impenetrable shield that no other known being can surpass.

Telekinesis: Oscar can use his mind to stop, and reorient objects, allowing him to use things like bullets against his enemies.

Matter manipulation: Oscar can manipulate and generate different types of matter.

Pyogenesis: Oscar can generate fire to use against his enemies.

Fire Breath: Oscar can breathe fire at his enemies without harming him.

Flame Body: Oscar can cover his body in fire to defend himself from enemies, such as Hulk and Superman.

Frost Breath: Oscar can generate a cryogenic gas that can freeze objects. allowing him to kill King Kong.

Organic Webbing: Oscar can generate a natural golden color webbing allowing him to easily defeat Spiderman

Shapeshifting: Oscar can change is body structure to use as defense and offense

Size manipulation: Oscar can change his size at will to the size of Godzilla.

Corruption (Agent Smith): Oscar can corrupt people to serve him beyond their will, and can send agents to do the same thing.

Superhuman strength: Oscar was easily able to overpower multiple heroes even while they were holding him down, and effortlessly crushed the Infinity Gauntlet and Stormbreaker.

Superhuman speed: Oscar was capable of moving faster than both versions of Quicksilver and the Flash, able to kill all three of them before they even noticed him in their already slowed down perception of time.

Nigh invulnerability/Superhuman durability: Against anything that wasn't gold, Oscar was completely impervious to all attacks. Heat barely phased him and nothing could even scratch him. Even Superman broke his hand against his body, and the infinity Gauntlet bounced off the shields he created.

Superhuman Reflexes: Oscar was easily able to stop, parry, and block attacks by the characters trying to attack him.

Superhuman Endurance: Oscar has been putting the characters against each other for years without end, presumably without doing stuff like, eating, drinking, or sleeping.

Immortality: Oscar didn't age allowing him to keep the Super-Bowls going indefinitely.

The Oscar's weaknesses

Gold: Oscars one and only weakness is gold as he is not only harmed by it but if he swallows it it will kill him instantly.
