Tetsuro's powers and abilities

Harmony - Tetsuro's main extension is the Harmony unit built into his neck. This device allows him to broadcast a signal to highjack the bodies of other extended and completely control them. It also allows him to temporarily disable them or even remove limitations on their bodies, which he can also do to himself. While he is inhabiting the body of another extended or otherwise effecting them, they are immune to other Harmony users.

Limb Extensions - Tetsuro has non-combat extensions that enhanced/replaced his arms and legs. Although these normally grant him only lightly enhanced strength and stamina, he has used his Harmony unit to remove their limiters, which allows him to match the strength output of the over-extended for a limited period of time.
