Tetrapod Man's powers and abilities

Tetrapod Man has the powers and abilities of all species of mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians, including, but not limited to: the strength of a blue whale, the running speed of a cheetah, the echolocation of a bat, the swimming ability of a dolphin, the durability of a rhinoceros, the flight of an albatross, the telescopic vision of a hawk, the agility of a snake, the color-changing ability of a chameleon and the jumping ability of a frog. The powers he uses are proportional to the size of the animal the power is based off of (e.g. jumping the proportional distance of a frog as a human could).

He can also turn himself, or parts of his body, into any tetrapod. He can only use the powers of any tetrapod while in human form.

Tetrapod Man has the ability to mentally communicate with any terrestrial vertebrate within his vicinity. He can also psionically control them to do his bidding.

Aside from his powers, Tetrapod Man has extensive knowledge of terrestrial vertebrates and knows how to handle and care for them properly.
