Team Zoom (Arrowverse) It depends on what variant, Arrowverse slightly numbs it so I’ll do a cumulative power.
Killer Frost can beat Cicada if she isn’t already killed. KF has technically no meta human powers and Cicada’s dagger uses that as a priority. Both are skilled but KF comes out on top.
Anything else Team Flash losses, especially when you can count how crucial Cicada,Thinker, and Bloodwork are support to the Speedsters. Cicada numbing Team Flash, Bloodwork giving a boost, Thinker eliminating problems. Then the speedsters swoop in and destroy Team Flash.

Team Zoom (Arrowverse) They even struggle with anh only one of them

Team Zoom (Arrowverse) The only high tier combatants on the superhero team are Barry and Killer Frost (Jay is aged, Wally is brash, Dibny isn't strategic, Cisco cannot fight as ggood). Those two alone against any pair of these villains alone could potenilly beat them. But thing is, this hero lineup has a lot of fodder characters. And wth th way team Flash works, if one guy dies, everyone willgo all sullen and shit. Now, if 4 guys die and its just a Broken Flash and a Brokn Frost, lol.
