not voted Atom Bob is an interesting character, because he can turn physical things into something harmless like cheese or paper AND he can also take the fight out of enemies with his empathic abilities. Finding a foe that is not vulnerable to either one is not easy at all. A fight between he and Vision would have been the crossover event of a lifetime(either Vision's intangibility plus tech body would present a weakness or Robert[Bob] affect Vision in his intangible state on the molecular level)...Vision may present a weakness for him, but not sure, though...
