Team Magneto I'm pretty much the biggest Dr. Doom fan there is, but I don't think so. Joker and Deathstroke are nonefactors, but Luthor, Bizarro and Reverse Flash should be able to at least take Doom alone down right?

Team Magneto Bizarro would be a big problem, but reverse-flash couldn't get through Doom's shield's, none of them could. Luther is inferior to Doom in every way, so I doubt he makes much difference. It would be close, but Doom is also used to fighting teams, and everyone on team 2 isn't used to working together, so he could win.
