Do we need a 'Peak Condition' for all non-humans (where we have Peak Human Condition) and this (Supernatural Condition)?

Supernatural Condition would be like being born with a super condition that is not normal compared to humans. Like Mutants in X-Men for example.

@Tigerking2020 I wasn't questioning the validity of this Power, just wondering if we need an equal non-human version of 'Peak Condition' as well.
