ShadowSeraphimon's History

ShadowSeraphimon is the result of a fusion between Mercurymon and Seraphimon's fractal code.

When Takuya Kanbara as Agunimon enters the Light Area of Sakkakumon, Mercurymon reveals that this is where he hid Seraphimon's Fractal Code and then uses it to become ShadowSeraphimon, who immediately attacks Agunimon. No matter what Takuya does in his Agunimon or BurningGreymon forms, nothing works. Instead, ShadowSeraphimon beats him completely, forcing BurningGreymon to degenerate back to Takuya. Takuya is then about to be killed by ShadowSeraphimon when Tommy Himi, Zoe Orimoto, J.P. Shibayama, Bokomon and Neemon call out to Takuya, causing Seraphimon's Digi-Egg to send a stream of light into Takuya, who gains to the ability to fusion evolve to Aldamon. He easily defeats ShadowSeraphimon and scans his fractal code, reverting ShadowSeraphimon to Mercurymon and returning the Fractal Code to Seraphimon's Digi-Egg.
