SCP-3388, also known as Cacthulhu, is an antagonist in the SCP Foundation series, being an Euclid-class entity kept by the Foundation. While just seeming like a cactus, SCP-3388 is actually two entities, one being a supposed Elder God, and the other being a cactus the deity is grafted onto.

SCP-3388 was one of the many characters used in the "SCP OCT" contest.

SCP-3388 first came to the Foundations attention after the apparent death of its owner. Through a series of text messages it was revealed that the cactus needed rocks, so it used the deities power to transfer the owners bones into the soil, killing her. When Agent Andrews went to investigate, the cactus needed water, so it transferred water from Andrews, killing him as well. The deity seemed very annoyed by this behavior.

After about five hours, the cactus apologized for killing all of those people, calling itself a bad plant. The Elder God however told it to not be so hard on itself, telling it that it will teach them how to give someone a never ending nightmare, forgiving it in the process.
