What is SCP-010?
History of SCP-010
SCP-010 consists of six identical cast iron collars with numbered metal tags and one remote control, which is a heavy black box resembling an old-style, hand-held radio transmitter/receiver with a primitive blue/white cathode ray screen and a series of more than 100 unlabeled buttons, as well as a frequency tuner. If one of the collars is placed around a person’s neck, the person who is using the remote has the ability to control the movement of the person wearing the collar.
