He is known as "The First SCP" and is considered to be a divine or transcendental being that has the ability to manipulate reality and control existence. Additionally, SCP-001 has the ability to regenerate and is virtually immortal.

On the other hand, The Fireman is a character from Twin Peaks who is known to be a mystical and mysterious being, but does not have as advanced abilities or powers as SCP-001. It is capable of predicting future events and can communicate with other dimensions, but this does not compare to SCP-001's abilities.
