Scout's History

Scout had decided to attend Plumbers' Academy after reading about Ben. Apparently, he and Rook were classmates and they developed some unique tactics together. After graduating, he requested to be stationed back in his home system in order to help prepare it for entry into the Plumber Alliance. Since he is the only Plumber in the Anur System, he is basically on his own and must supply himself with whatever technology he can salvage or create himself. Since his home system has few real criminals, he keeps surveillance on the majority of them.

He made his debut in Rad Monster Party. While Ben is hiding from the crowd of Anur Transyl, Scout arrives and rescues him. Ben doesn't originally trust him, but then he shows him his Plumber badge causing Ben to recognize that he was the Plumber that Rook had mentioned earlier. Later on, Scout takes Ben to his hiding place, a place that he built himself out of recycled things, once there he gave Ben the modulator that Rad's ship needed, he said that Rook had sent him a message.

In Charmed, I'm Sure, he was helping Rad fix the ship.

In The Vampire Strikes Back, when Rad and the others return to look for Ben in Anur Transyl, he was desperately searching for Ben because the entire town had been controlled by Lord Transyl. Later he was under the control of this and fought against Ben and his allies (Dr. Viktor, Kuphulu, Crüjo and Hobble). He was released from control after Lord Transyl was defeated by Atomix.
