Reev Imperium's History

Reev Moldu Imperium was born on Planet Neute just over 5,000 years ago. He is from a race of powerful aliens each with their own qualities. As a standard, all of his race have super speed and strength, enhanced senses and can fly. Reev was gifted with with powerful energy beams, elemetal/ weather control, size changing, duplication, resurrection, possesion of the resurrected and power nuffler. He has three levels of power, Imperial State 1, Imperial State 2 and Imperial State 3. He combines his vast array of powers to equalize what he believes to be morally wrong across his galaxy. He sides with no-one and works with only his kind therefore is neither bad or good, he simply uses his judgement and acts, taking out anyone that gets in his way. During combat he uses his base Level of power (Imperial State 1) speed, strength and energy beams (threw his hands) and element/ weather control to triumph. Should he struggle he heightens his power to Imperial State 2 but can only maintain that for a short period of time. Imperial State 2 gains him the ability to size change and duplicate. At times of struggle he can heighten his powers to Imperial State 3 where he is able to resurrect the fallen and use them on his side. The resurrected are completely under his orders and are nicknamed 'the Reevs'. At this level he is also able to lessen or temporarily disable his enemies powers. Reev is only able to remain at Imperial State 3 for 1 minute which is just enough time to use his new powers and can only enter Imperial State 3 once every 24 hours.
