Red Skull's powers and abilities

I.M.S. Energy - Red Skull is infused with the energy from the destroyed Infinity Gauntlet, granting him immense reality warping powers. Even before he got his hands on the reconstructed Reality Stone he was able to wipe out all super powers on Earth regardless of origin. He was also able to create legions of robotic I.M.S. Constructs, erase Captain America's vibranium shield from existence, teleport himself and his empowered Orochi forces anywhere on the planet and shrug off even the most powerful attacks of the Iron Avengers. This power was further increased once he obtained the Reality Gem, at which point he was even able to rip the Iron Avengers suits apart, even though previously they had been immune to his reality warping abilities.

Red Skull's weaknesses

Willpower Override - An opponent with a greater willpower than his own can overpower the Skull's control of the Reality Gem and turn it on him, although they need to get close enough to do so.

Limited Power Source - Without the Reality Gem, it takes time and energy for the Skull to create his minions, although his limits are fairly high (he was able to create at least 100+ Ultron-I units before starting to become taxed).
