Plasma-Man's History

Budi Budiman was born without arms in a second world country but gifted with high levels of intelligence. In middle school, Budi created bionic arms for himself that are connected straight to the brain by manipulating his neurons. By high school, he was able to invent a way for the human brain to control man-made objects remotely and had an artificial intelligence implanted in his brain to assist him with calculations, theory, and amusement. In university, he wrote a hypothesis on the possibility of weaponizing plasma, influenced by the works of science fiction such as Star-Wars that he adored as a child. Budi is a futurist who sought out a utopian world where the human race was able to protect themselves from any threats in the galaxy. In contrast, his inventions armed certain countries with unrivalled firepower. Fuelled by greed, Russia, an ally to Indonesia was able to get a hold of the plasma weaponry and conquered the baltic countries that neighboured them. In 2065, the Poland-Russian war began as Russia planned to invade Poland and soon the rest of Europe. To write his wrongs, Budi sided with the Polish government and help arm them with superior technology, along with upgrading himself. His arms now double as the strongest plasma weapon Earth has ever seen, alongside housing plenty of utilities for any threat or escape. Budi invented a super-suit allowing him to fly at unimaginable speeds, withstand ungodly amounts of abuse from all sources known to man and, unsurprisingly, more firepower. Plasma-Man is born.
