Iron Man uh? Batman doesn't have the smarts of Tony. Iron Man-buster? seriously? TONY MADE A SUIT THAT WAS MATCHING THE POWERS OF HULK, THOR, AND PHOENIX! what did batman do? make a suit that was matching with superman? he died multiple times and was just flying around when wonder woman and superman were STRUGGLING TO FIGHT AGAINST DOOMSDAY!! (cold hearted). But, if batman had prep time, he may take the win. But I don't think batman has the smarts to beat tony though. But let's say, it was a hand-to-hand combat fight? batman wins. But with no prep time. No cheating or anything? Iron Man takes the win!
(Tony could make a Batman buster though. Or search about his powers and stuff online on google/bing/Yahoo!)

King Thanos (Earth-TRN666) thanos wins. Because he is both madly physically and mentally strong in is normal form (in comics and MCU) but, KING THANOS! he made the HULK bow down to him! and that is very, very hard to do.
