That's a link to show how loaded Batman really must be. Batman, we can all agree, is more skilled in combat techniques than iron man. Iron man is good, but not Batman good. Now the question is, how to even the odds. Simple, Batman uses an EMP. Now look, iron man has been hit with EMPs before, just look at him when he fought the winter soldier. But a Batman 2 billion dollar EMP? Iron man has made his basic armor quick and easy to get into, that's his downfall. You said this is a no prep time battle? That means both of them are in basic suits. If there is prep time, well we already know Batman's gonna win. Even if the B Man disables iron man's armor for 5 seconds, that'll be enough to do SOMETHING, whether it be tearing tony out of his armor, using his jet to shoot him while he's down, or anything else, really. Plus Batman can always dodge whatever iron man is throwing at him long enough to wait for Alfred to deliver him some package that would beat iron man.
