not voted No. Although there are SCP characters (Aletheia, ABSS ,SCP-001 Andrew Swan's proposal, And many others ) who claim to be supreme beings, none of them are considered all-powerful + Tier 0 (Boundless) . Because the different canons present different "supreme beings" there are contradictions that make it impossible to establish a single and true supreme being in all of SCP.

even Except Aletheia there are Multiple entities claim to be "ultimate realities but multiple competing "ultimate realities" make it difficult to establish a consistent power hierarchy.
