Mecha-King Ghidorah's powers and abilities

Time Travel - Mecha-King Ghidorah came from the 23rd century to fight the Heisei Godzilla. As MKG did not survive this battle, it is unclear if it could have traveled back.

Cyborg Upgrades - The now deceased King Ghidorah was upgraded with numerous mechanical parts and abilities, such as:

  • Anti-Grav Flight - Although still sporting a large set of wings, these are actually unnecessary for MKG to fly, as it uses anti-gravity repulsors to achieve flight at speeds of up to mach 4.

  • Laser Triple Beam - Having lost his middle head, the cyborg was fitted with a new central head that fires a swirling triple laser beam that is on-par with the organic heads' gravity beams. In MKG's video game appearances, this central head could also launch energy spheres and breath fire.

  • Capture Cables - Located in the chest cavity of MKG is a combo of capture cables and a machine hand, which are used to incapacitate and capture kaiju.

  • Tasers - In the Atari/Pipeworks games, MKG can fire a pair of tasers out of its chest to incapacitate enemies.

  • Force Field - MKG could also project a force field around itself in the Atari/Pipeworks games, although it would only defend against energy based attacks.

Mecha-King Ghidorah's weaknesses

Hydrophobic - Mecha-King Ghidroah appears incapable of operating under water.

Uneven Performance - Mecha-King Ghidorah's performance is highly dependent on its operator and in both his appearance in Godzilla vs King Ghidorah and Rulers of Earth, his performance was questionable at best.
