not voted Zarathos wins actually quite easily. Zadkiel is not the god of angels he runs heaven but he doesn’t become there true god while Zarathos does become a god of demons and posses both the same powers of zadkiel but also unholy powers. You also can note that zadkiel seemingly feared Zarathos and wanted him to fall and fail therefore leading to his betrayal and the fall of the rebellion. Zadkiel would win a fight of ghost rider because he controls the spirit of vengeances however in this battle we are talking about Zarathos at full power vs Zadkiel at full power and therefore Zarathos wins.
