Leatherback's powers and abilities

Armor - Leatherback's armor was rated the highest possible ranking at ten, which allowed it to ignore most attacks directed towards it.

Electrical Organ - On top of Leatherback's head was an organ it could use to absorb electricity and emit a far ranging EMP blast, which was able to disable the Shatterdome and Striker Eureka. It can also store energy inside this organ for an indefinite length of time.

Aggressive Rage - While lacking as high of intelligence as some other late-war kaiju, Leatherback made up for this with its sheer aggression and high strength that was boosted by rage.

Toxicity - All Anteverse Kaiju have a level of toxicity attributed to them from their various bodily fluids. Leatherback's was rated as low.

Leatherback's weaknesses

Weak Spots - Although Leatherback's armor is highly impressive, his underbelly is not quite as strong and the seam between armor plates on his back present an opportune target.
