Kora's powers and abilities

Inhuman Physiology: Kora is an Inhuman who gained powers through Terrigenesis. Unable to control her powers though, she resorted to attempting to kill herself. However, she was saved by Nathaniel Malick when he arrived and convinced her to join him.

Energy Manipulation: Kora can manipulate a highly versatile form of energy, which builds inside her and allows her to use it as a weapon. She did not have control over this ability until she began working with Nathaniel Malick and used her power against Li. Her offensive usage of her powers on a foe usually resulted in severe burns.

Energy Blast: Kora can focus her energy on controlled blasts, capable of killing a man with a single shot. She started training with Nathaniel Malick and made progress by shooting wine glasses placed on a table. This was the first real progress she'd made as her previous mentor, Li, was not helpful. She also killed Durant by shooting a hole through his chest with great accuracy. She also directed energy from space to the Lighthouse first to establish a connection between Melinda May and the Chronicoms.

Life-Force Manipulation: Kora was present when Quake was blasted into space and died. Luckily, she used her energy to rejuvenate Johnson's injured body and pull her back from the grip of death. This is a direct converse of her mother's life-absorption powers. She was unable to do this with a deceased Jiaying, however, as her neck had been too severely shattered by Malick, proving that this power is limited.
