Kaon

Kaon's History

Kaon is the communications officer of the Decepticon Justice Division and the one responsible for maintaining its hit list. A veritable dynamo, his frame crackles with electricity from the generator in his chest, arcing out from his hands and the twin Tesla coils mounted on his shoulders. In his alternate mode of an electric chair he pitilessly tortures any wretch who deviates from Decepticon orthodoxy. Thousands of watts of electricity are discharged directly into the cranial chambers of those who would defy Megatron. Unlike in humans, this procedure is not always fatal. Despite his chilly demeanor and his cold, bottomless black eyes, he can become almost giddy in the execution of his duties, whether it's excitedly tracking down the D.J.D.'s next target or gleefully ripping an Autobot to shreds. Kaon also owns a partially domesticated turbofox known only as "the Pet." He's surprisingly quite emotionally-attached to it.
