Jumper's History

Whenever Francis was born he had a gift, teleportation, he could go anywhere his mind desired and whenever he was 8, the United States army came and took Francis away from his mother, they ran experiments on him and trained him to become smarter and agile. They trained him in over 20 different styles of MMA. Whenever he became old enough to actually be sent out on missions, he was sent to do the silent missions for the government. Stealing information and assassinations. Francis was given codename whenever he was in the service, 'Jumper', then to make it easier on his body. The government started working on a armored suit for Francis and it did, it was completely nanotech which meant he could activate it and take it off at any point. One day he wanted to break away from the service because he wasnt being used the way he wanted. So he ran away after a mission, but government implanted a tracer in him whenever he was young so they'd always know where he was. So he is always on the run from the government. Eventually discovering the tracer and ripping it out. The government had his DNA though, so they spent months creating a robotic clone to rival Francis and bring him back named "Tanner Kim" which means 'strong jaquar',
