Accelerated Healing and Regeneration
He has a greatly enhanced healing factor, making him capable of regenerating almost instantly any part of his body.
Adaptation
He can passively increase his resistance significantly the more damage he takes from a specific school of damage.
This ability is not permanent and not instant. He must take severe damage before the ability start on its own.
(Example : More fire damage he takes, more resistant to fire he become overtime.)
Agility
Animal Control
He can hear, speak and command any animal form to his will.
Animal Oriented Powers
While he is in a animal form, he gains their abilities.
(Example : Can fly in eagle form, but not in human form.)
Camouflage
Changing Armor
He has a passive organic armor permanently. In human form, this organic armor can be easily damage.
In any other animal form, this organic armor is impenetrable and regenerate almost instantly.
Cloaking
He has the ability to cloak from any vision used to track him. Making him, really difficult to find.
Danger Sense
He can sense danger within a couple of miles only.
Dexterity
Durability
He is almost immune to physical damage while in animal form.
Cannot be cut or pierced while in animal form.
If he takes physical damage in human form, changing in animal form instantly regenerate the physical damage done.
Endurance and Stamina
He can fight, use his powers, heal others infinitely. Cannot fatigue.
Enhanced Senses
Enhanced hearing, sight, smell, touch, memory and taste.
His enhanced hearing and smell are slightly better than the others.
Can track target miles away, even more if they are injured or severely damage.
Immortality
Intelligence
He doesn't have a super genius level of intellect but, he is a master planner and strategist.
He perfectly know how to perform any medical intervention and surgery on a any living being.
Including living being from other planets.
Invisibility
He can turn completely invisible so we cannot see him at all.
Moving cancel this ability. He must stay in position.
Intuitive aptitude
He can learn really fast about new medicals technologies, extraterrestrials animals, new military technologies, strategies and extraterrestrials languages.

Cannot be aged or de-aged by others.
Telepathy, Mind Control and Possession Resistance
His will is unbreakable.
He can receive messages from powerful telepaths, but cannot be mind control by them.
He cannot be possessed by entities as well.
Natural Armor and Weapons
In any animal form, natural armor, claws and teeth are stronger than adamantium and vibranium.
Omnilingualism
He can speak to animals.
He can speak every language on Earth.
He can learn and understand really quickly extraterrestrials languages.
Peak Human Condition
Power Nullifier
He cannot lose his powers from others. Cannot be nullify.
He can nullify power on a target that is severely damage or at a critical point near death to rescue/operate him.
He can only use that power on two or three injured/damaged targets at time.
This ability can cause fatigue on him after several hours of nullifying a target powers to save him.
He can nullify power on a target that is not damaged, but only for few minutes and only on one target at time.
Reflexes
He can react to a situation within seconds.
Self-Sustenance
Shapeshifting
His main shapeshifting animal is the Kodiak bear. That is why the name of Kodiak.
He has also others shapeshifting preferences like : Eagle/Raven, Wolf/Hyena, Lion/Tiger and Shark/Killer Whale.
He can also shapeshift into human version of these animals. (Example : Human/Wolf - Werewolf)
He can shapeshift into any animal on Earth as well.
He can shapeshift into any insect on Earth as well.
He can even shapeshift into another human form, but only for a short period of time.
Cannot benefit of other human abilities and powers, he get his appearance only.
He cannot shapeshift into extraterrestrials races.
Remaining into a animal form longer than usual will not trap him into this form permanently.
Immunity to polymorph effect and hex abilities in any form, even human form.
Time of shapeshifting is nearly instant. No time between transformation.
Size Changing
While in human form, he cannot change his size.
He can change his size only in any animal form.
He can start from normal size of the animal and can grow 7 times bigger proportionally maximum.
He cannot reduce under the normal size of the animal in question.
Stealth and Prowling
He can use stealth and prowling techniques to ambush his foe.
Danger sense abilities can still detect him while in stealth.
Sub-Mariner
He is capable to live underwater indefinitely while in aquatic form.
He doesn't need to go get air at the surface, except if he is in mammal aquatic form that require air sometime.
Super Speed
Can fly, run and swim at incredible speed.
Super Strength
His super strength force is incalculable.
It grows exponentially when he grows in size in any animal form.
Telepathy
This is not his force. His telepathy is weak, but he can speak with animals at great distances.
He can speak telepathically with others humans but only in really short range.
Ancestral Recall/Teleportation
This is not a regular teleportation ability.
From anywhere, he is able to recall himself near his home in Nunavut.
Cannot teleport anywhere else.
Toxin and Disease Control
He can manipulate poisons, toxins, etc.
He can cure others instantly of theses as well.
Immunity to poisons, toxins and others.
Visions
He can see in the complete dark. Such as night vision.
He can also see thermals signatures thru solid objects.
Vitakinesis
His second strongest ability after shapeshifting.
He is able to heal any damage on a biological being.
He is able to cure any sickness on a biological being.
He can fix any type of injuries, even create a new internal organ if needed.
With intense focus and preparation, he can bring back to life a dead biological being.
Biological reconstruction demands a lot of focus and he cannot do anything else while doing this.
Biological reconstruction is not instant and take around an hour to be complete.
Can use vitakinesis in any form as well.
