Jesse's powers and abilities

A precise, trick level and military grade sharpshooter that was super fast on the draw like the sharpshooters of the 19th Century and before. He could hit a cigar from a barely visible distance and shot Graham's eye out from a barely visible distance(someone that he hated, so it was no accident that he hit his eye). He also hit a target that was about 2 men's fingers wide from a distance using a trick shot.

He seemed to even be able to shoot people(targets that size) without even focusing on them from long range(30-40 feet away?). That distance is about 3 to 4 regulation NBA basketball "rims" away(not counting the basketball backboard). Jesse was the leader of his platoon/Posse* in war and during their post war adventures. He also could firefight on horseback, as well. And, while he did not seem to be an expert brawler--he was able to handle himself just enough to help him to get out of stressed tight quarters(if he had a striking weapon: pistols are a striking weapon).
