Jarred Eisner's History

Jarred was born and grew up in the Mega-City Tycrui, the capital of Pangium being the seat of power for the International Government. Thus the greatest concentration of superhumans. Born to supervillain duo Olliver Eisner and Seo-Yun Eisner known as The Radar and Atlas respectively, both powerful psychics in their own right as his father was a powerful psionic capable of locating anyone in the world and his mother possessed powerful telekinesis that allowed her to lift and manipulate buildings. Thus he grew up in an environment of his parents operating their criminal business and general villainy. His younger sister Hilda having been born a few years later.

Over a short amount of time, Jarred was made aware of his own telepathic abilities as he constantly picked up on the thoughts of others including very personal thoughts from much older individuals which were not healthy for his psychological development and got him in trouble when confronting others about those thoughts. His parents eventually took him to a teacher specialized in psionic powers to help him handle his powers, internalize the dark thoughts in a healthy manner, and even see the light and good of others in spite of that.

Being a superhuman, he was set to attend Harbinger Super Academia which provided the education of many of the most famous heroes and villains as the point of the school was to teach super children how to control their powers and set them on a suitable career path for them. There is where he met many of the individuals who would become his friends, enemies, and in one case his ex and set the foundations for what would become his Empire in business, crime, and as Chancellor.

His parent's criminal endeavors would eventually catch up to them as they would die in a fight against the superhero team The Peace Enforcers. A tragedy which would isolate him for some time and drive a wedge between his sister and himself.

Over the next eleven years, he would take his parent's admirable criminal business and use it to foster his wealth and influence in conjunction with the allies he had made in his childhood to construct an Empire. First in legitimate business which would provide him the resources to draw in and network with others who would join in his goal of world domination, cumulating in conquering his own rogue nation known as the Evol Isles which he has been Chancellor of for five years. All his power base he is planning to use to take over the world, in his belief the world will only be at peace under his control.
