The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
The two find themselves in an abandoned city with no life or outside interference.
Jagger Maynard is a professional assassin hired to eliminate Mr Lock, who is a secret agent who has a device capable of altering time.
Jagger Maynard tracks Mr Lock to his hideout and prepares to shoot him with his silenced gun.
Mr Lock, however, notices Jagger Maynard's presence and uses his device to stop time for a few seconds.
He then moves behind a wall and activates his invisibility.
He then uses his device to reset time and surprises Jagger Maynard with a shot in the leg.
Jagger Maynard is unfazed by the shot and uses his regeneration to quickly heal his wound.
He then uses his telepathy to locate Mr Lock, who is hiding behind another wall.
He then uses his telekinesis to throw heavy objects towards Mr Lock, trying to hit him or force him out of hiding.
Mr Lock uses his device to slow down time and dodge objects with his enhanced agility and reflexes.
He then uses his gun to shoot Jagger Maynard again, aiming for his head this time.
Jagger Maynard, however, uses his matter manipulation to create a metal shield in front of his face, blocking Mr Lock's shots.
He then uses his reality manipulation to alter the scene of the fight, turning the abandoned city into a dense, dark forest1.
He then uses his plot manipulation to cause Mr Lock to lose his time device and become trapped in the dead end forest.
Mr Lock realizes that he is in an unfavorable situation and tries to find a way out of the forest.
He uses his ability to create illusions to disguise himself as an animal or plant and avoid detection by Jagger Maynard1.
He also uses his lockpicking ability to try and open any door or portal he finds in the forest2.
He then finds an abandoned cabin with a locked door and decides to enter it, hoping to find some useful clue or weapon.
He uses his master key to open the lock on the door and enters the hut.
However, he soon discovers that the cabin is a trap set up by Jagger Maynard, who has used his reality manipulation to create a ticking time bomb inside.
The bomb explodes just as Mr Lock enters the hut, killing him instantly.
Thus Jagger Maynard winning.
