When walking into the streets of Super City James Terrence didn't know that something terrible was going to happen . He walked towards his house when he got jumped and a bag went over his head . He was unconscious and was awoken when he heard the sound of a voice . Voice :Welcome Mr.Terrence . You are here for a very special project . Terrence : What do you want with me . And who are you? After they injected him with the serumhe began to howl crazily releasing huge amounts of sound waves . Acid escaped but the whole building collapsed on him and the Henchmen. He awoke alive in pain but alive . He walked slowly to the nearest hospital and was treated . But by the time he got there he was already healed of most injuries . He practiced this "Howl" and began protecting Super City along with his Friend Martin Freedman. They protected the city and soon the League of Justice recruited him and he became a member . He decided on his Super Name . Howler
