Godzilla Ultima's powers and abilities

Rapid Evolution - Godzilla Ultima goes through multiple forms throughout the series, progressing from a purely aquatic creature up to his final Ultima form. Each evolution/adaptation sees him gain better traits to dominate the landscape he finds himself in.

Atomic Breath - Godzilla Ultima's Atomic Breath first appeared in his third form, Terrestris, and initially appeared as a ring that was capable of killing a giant Rodan in one hit. After his ascension to his Ultima stage, the breath continued to have rings that acted almost like a reticule for the beam, which was able to cut through an entire tank brigade and reach the outskirts of Tokyo. It even disintegrated the perfected version of Jet Jaguar (although this was intentional on the mech's behalf). Prior to using this breath, his second form, Amphibia, demonstrated a proto-breath called the Flammable Ice Vapor, which dropped temperatures down below -20 before causing a massive explosion.

Durability - Godzilla Ultima shrugged off virtually every attack sent against him once he reached his Ultima form, but prior to that his skin was pierced several times. After his skin was first pierced by a bunker buster, his blood transformed into tentacles and caught the next bombs to reduce their yield. His body then rapidly healed.

Red Dust - Godzilla emits and controls the red dust in his area, allowing him to create an environment more suitable to him as well as making it hostile to most Earth life. This dust also seems to create new life in his wake, as though he is terraforming the Earth rapidly.

Singular Point - Godzilla Ultima is a living Singular Point, which gives him limited precognition abilities and seemingly immortality.
