Godzilla's powers and abilities

Amphibious Biology: Godzilla is amphibious and can survive on land or in the ocean indefinitely.

Atomic Breath: Godzilla possesses the ability to fire a blue energy-like beam from his mouth. This beam can exceed 100,000 degrees Celsius and is Godzilla's primary ranged attack that he uses to burn opposing monsters as well as destroying vehicles and buildings. In vs Hedorah he also used this ability to... fly at a speed of greater than mach 1.

Magnetism: Godzilla can make his body emit a powerful magnetic field that can pull in Mechagodzilla despite the latter's attempts to escape.

Regeneration: Godzilla can regenerate any part of his body given enough time, from skin and muscle to organs.

Intelligence: The Showa Godzilla is shown to be an intelligent and tactical fighter, able to coordinate his actions with kaiju allies and humans alike, even going so far as to having intelligible conversations with the former.

Godzilla's weaknesses

Electricity?: Godzilla was shown to have a weakness against electrical attacks in his fight against King Kong. However, by the time of his first encounter with Mechagodzilla, he had seemingly adapted to this weakness and turned it into his newfound magnetic abilities.

Cold?: Extreme cold temperatures can temporarily put Godzilla into a hibernation like state, although cold based attacks don't seem to cause this and only environmental cold.
