At this point, batman doesn't even need his utility belt if he has the hellbat, and I don't think spiderman has or can do anything that can counter it. Also by the way, in the comic I was talking about, batman DID defeat darkseid and won, so I don't even know what your talking about. Also, while spiderman being able to lift up a building with one hand is pretty impressive, batman has survived much more. He once survived being in a huge ass explosion with just his REGULAR suit.

not voted Just because Batman doesn't need to use his tech in this battle, doesn't mean he won't. There are many examples in DC comics of batman using his tech in battles that aren't really needed. To Batman, this battle wouldn't be any different. And as I said, this shouldn't be a battle of them casually meeting up and starting to fight, because in that scenario, anything could happen that could make the other opponent win. This battle should be about the characters fighting at there most strongest form, therefore when one beats the other, it would be solely due to the fact that they have greater power over the other.

Kryptonite Man if supermans main weakness is kryptonite, and he has to fight someone named "Kryptonite Man", I think its obvious who would win.
