Beast Boy Definitely a close one, as Beast certainly holds the intelligence advantage and most likely experience, but Beast Boy has more potential in his powers in terms of physical capabilities. He has been able to outshift and dodge bullets, been strong enough to send Mammoth flying through TWO war ships and his transformations are damn near limitless. He can transform into aliens, animals, insects, fish, mythological creatures such as dragons and phoenixes, physical forms of Gods like the Hanuaman and even creatures he can simply imagine.
