1. Doomsday - Can make himself as strong as he wants forever.
2. Black Adam - strength of Amon
3. Thanos - Can physically match the Hulk
4. Darkseid - Can physically match Superman
5. General Zod - Same powers as Superman
6. Apocalypse - Can augment himself
7. Abomination - Stronger than savage Hulk
8. Juggernaut - It's Juggernaut
9. Mongol - Has been able to send Superman flying
10. Cyborg Superman - Has the same biology as Superman but with cybernetic augmentation.

This is looking at strength only and this list is based of people off the top of my head so I may have missed a few villains. Let me know if I have. Also the order of the list is probably off too. I wanted a base to start off with and I'm tired
