Tier 0 == Tier 0

just like

∞ == ∞

but only, IF that statistic which was given to a character is actually true

... which we can never really know for sure, but everyone is free to believe :)

It's a well-known fact that Boundless or Infinite or Omnipotent or similar-godlike Power can never be "proven" for any character within the limitations of logic, nor can any feat - no matter how seemingly gigantic - ever ultimately prove this "boundless" property either.

Therefore, the only next best thing for which we can settle when we're reading or watching something and trying to find out whether a character has the "boundless" property, are statements in the story which define (or at least suggest) that the character is supposedly boundless / infinite / omnipotent or similar-godlike.

And from there, it's still / again up to anyone's personal interpretation whether the presence of (apparent) Anti-Feats can disprove that the character is indeed as Boundless or as Omnipotent as he was stated to be - or not.

Because, funnily enough, an Omnipotent or Boundless One is - of course - also capable of every possible Anti-Feat, too (otherwise, he wouldn't be Omnipotent, right ?).

I think any "Boundless" would logically be equal to every other "Boundless", so I might as well pick a handful of random ones:

Eru Ilúvatar, Aslan, The Law of Identity, The Presence, The One Above All, Azathoth, Lord of Nightmares, The Fireman, ...

it's terrible that scalers use cosmology for everything and comparisons like by the way Cosmologies are created by authors to serve the narrative of their specific story/Narrative not meant for direct comparison to to other cosmologies.

mentioned that Eru is Boundless?, just make sure the many Users here doesn't hit your comment with many downvotes.

I think you mean, most concrete evidence of Omnipotence. Both TOAA and Presence from Marvel and DC, have had their instances of Weaknesses, despite being the Supreme beings of their verse.

The same has been the case for DCs Overvoid, introduced by Grant Morrison to embody the idea of Brahman, or Absolute God, but got retconned by the succeeding writers.

With that in mind, Eru Illivatar of the Tolkien mythos has consistently been presented as the be all and end all of all things, and the Absolute supreme power within the Tolkien verse.

So yeah, I would say Eru Illivatar.
