In the comics Stormbreaker and Mjolnir are stated to be equal iirc. However I believe Mjolnir has far better feats.

In the MCU Stormbreaker is more powerful weapon, but it doesn't have the worthy enchantment, so it can be used against the wielder.

I'd say Stormbreaker because of it's user. I feel like BRB is more worthy than Thor so BRB's hammer would be a reflection of that.
