I wish comics were darker and more brutal

After watching Invincible I've realized that realistically when you have super powerful characters like Superman and Thor it would be a lot more brutal and gruesome than comics make it seem. Who else agrees? And who liked Invincible?

Battle Beast vs Thragg has gotta be one of the most bloodiest and brutal comic book fights in history imo

@ThorMathews If you want really brutal, try Kick-Ass. The characters don't have powers, but every fight goes basically how it would in real life. Check some of the very NSFW scans below.
