How does the Warhammer 40,000 universe rank in power against other big verses?

I've recently been getting into Warhammer lore in a big way and there are obviously a lot of extremely powerful characters within it. From my perspective it seems pretty strong, but I wouldn't know where to place it in a "ranking of power". If you know more about it let me know what you would compare it to and how you'd rate it's scaling against other fictional universes.
