Heatblast's species come from Stars, and Kevin has Ghostfreaks abiltites and Ghostfreak is arguably the most powerful of the OG 10. Since he has Ghostfreak's abilities, this includes Soul Manipulation which was demonstrated by Zs'Skayr. @0:39
